Be sure to save the file to your desktop!

The file will contain the Game .exe, haloce1.00 patch and a tutorial for installation.

Follow these steps for installing.

1. Install Game "halocesetup_en_1.00.exe". Do the Update to the 1.08 version.

2. Run the Halo Console (Go into MULTIPLAYER / Internet Games)

if your Gamespy lets you see all the servers -- GREAT!

(we're just checking to make sure the Game completely updates).

** If you do not see Gamespy servers. You haven't completely updated to the 1.08 version!

You must do so to continue to Step 3!

3. Exit out of your Halo Console (completely close out of everything)

4. Now go to the attached (Haloce.zip) -- this was compiled with the tutorial and the HaloCESetup.EXE.

5. Extract (Haloce.zip)

6. Once extracted you will see a file called "haloce.exe"

8. DONT double click but highlight it and RIGHT CLICK (COPY)

9. PASTE the "haloce.exe" into this directory ** C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition

10. It will ask you if you would like to over-write the existing file.

11. Click "YES"

12. You're Done! Reopen Halo Console .. and go back to Internet Games ...

*** Note you may need to create a NEW shortcut to your desktop.
